I went to the surgery hospital and came home with an operation on my foot and a lot of pain

The only things I can take are my tramadol, prednisone, and Tylenol 3. He gave me Tylenol 3. I have been taking .every 4 hours, my 1 extended release tramadol, and instead of 10 mg of prednisone twice a day, I am taking 10 mg every 8 hours. I am allergic to every narcotic I've ever had except codeine and stadol, and stadol doesn't come inpills. I managed an hour of sleep once during the night, and 2-1/2 hours another time. I slept in recliner with foot up all night.

I got a little sleep and pain is much more tolerable. Thank you, Krathyn! We are at OB office--I can't fit my foot through tapered leg jeans, dressing is so padded I have a Sasquatch foot even without the orthopedic Velcro sandal, so I am out in public in pink fuzzy sleep pants with monkeys on them. I can't believe I am doing that! LOL

I slept over at my daughter"s and came home with kisses and hugs from Doodle and Gracie, and a beautifully colored picture from Gracie.

Thank you Mice. I slept in the recliner at my daughter's Thursday night, and last night in the recliner at my house. It is easier. My foot in the velcroVelcro and runner sandal thingy was getting all tangled in the bedding. In the recliner I can have my foot elevated with ice and put a throw over my legs and body but leave that one foot out.

So today I went to Gordman's and bought another pair of fuzzy sleep pants--for $4.26. They are red with brown puppies on them.
