What books about trauma, dissociation, etc have you found helpful.

    My "favorites" are:

Trauma and Recovery by Judith Herman
Can be intense but very informative about PTSD

    Strong in the Broken Places
Very hopeful and inspiring about PTSD

Stranger in the Mirror  Marlene Schallberg
         Excellent book about DID.
