I know this time of year is hard on all of us so let's start it out right by naming off toys either we played with, we saw advertised or just plain right wanted. They can be toys from today too!

    I'll start:

    Hulla Hoop

Who could forget Play Doh! I've played with it for literally hours! Did you know that Play Doh was originally invented to remove dirt from wall paper? I saw that on television. Interesting right? Morganlefey

i loved to skate, surprisingly (because of my CP) I learnt to skate about 5 years old, with outdoor skates like the ones in the picture, and eventually also went to skating rinks with my sister and used boot skates. we did line and circle and square dances and the Hoky Pokey, as well as skating in circles
funny thing though I could not keep my balance on ice skates at all and the best I did in ice skating was asking various saints to "pray for us" while upright and falling down.

hadn't heard of it in awhile!
i have a game "Catopoly" sort of  like "Monopoly" with breeds of cats instead of streets and Litter Boxes and FishBones instead of Houses and Hotels
I had it for a few years but Tammie played it with me, recently

the only card games I can play are Fish and UNO.
i have mental blocks about other card games.
    board games:
Monopoly, Chess, Trivial Pursuit, checkers, Chinese checkers, Clue, and LIFE
scrabble, scribbage and now Cat-opoly, are among my favorites and I can probly think of more

i never ended up with anything but it was always fun to see what others wound up with.
it was a fun game even if you did not end up with anything. One of my foster mothers liked to play it and called it "Family"
