I realize that most people don't have IPhone but for those who do I have a few suggestions of apps to help manage symptoms.

eCBT has three apps that I use almost daily. eCBT mood has a quiz to measure you symptoms and produces a graph so you can see how you symptoms have been. I email the graph to my t so she knows how I'm doing. It also has a section that suggests coping skills. I find the graph is a huge help since my memory is so bad I often don't know how I have been doing. There is also a part that explains CBT. eCBT stress is similar but deals with anxiety rather than depression. It also has a quiz, graph, suggested techniques and other info. They also have eCBT trauma. It has the same set up but is specific to trauma symptoms.

Mental Workout has a mindfulness meditation app which is great for those who find meditation helpful.

If you have an IPhone, I would recommend trying them out. They have been a huge help to me in managing my symptoms.
